Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all perfumes sold on Molecule-Perfume are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?
We offer a selection of 2ml discovery vials for most of our signature scents so you can experience the fragrance on your skin before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
